- [PERSON], You are correct it is likely to be beneficial to have AI shaped assessments, supports and preparation for employment for neurodiverse candidates come from those that have program experience. I've been involved in the neurodiverse community for nearly 20 years. I've seen assessments, support and preparations done well and a few that have been poorly understood and executed and harmed more than helped those in the neurodiverse community. I want to know that this community is given every proper opportunity to succeed as possible.
