Outreach
Hello [PERSON], I'll be upfront: I'm a solo AI engineer building self-improving custom agents for [ORGANIZATION] clients orchestrating agentic systems, not basic wrappers. I'd love 5 mins to understand what you do and explore a long-term collaboration.
Outreach
Hello [PERSON] no pressure on the chat, I know those asks can feel like the front end of a pitch. Keeping it simple: are you already building AI into how the business runs day to day, or is it still on the someday list? Genuinely just curious where you're at with it.

Hello [PERSON], I'll be honest with you, [ORGANIZATION] is has been a labor of love, a 10+ year start up that built beautiful things but could never get the traction it needed to survive. The project is my partner Karim's dream and vision and I became a critical advisor and partner to helping develop our products, business structure and various assets including an LMS that involved therapeutic modalities to help people take personal action to navigate life. What we were missing was a good team tho help bring it to life in sales. At this point we've really run out of resources to do so. My partner has gone in a direction that is difficult for me to embrace. I am still hopeful one day something will come from the years of work and development we did, but right now he's gone on a tangent that he will need to explore on his path. I still work as an advisor to the company, but at this point I've extinguished all of my resources, so I'm back in the realm of interviewing. It's weird, I haven't done this in nearly two decades. It's a different animal, but it's been fun to navigate.

I'll admit, I used my AI tool IAN (Idea Acceleration Navigator) to help draft some of that response. No to be lazy, but to really help articulate the exploration we have been doing on helping understand where exactly do I fit in the puzzle. Most of my professional career I've had to play so many hats, that when it came to start looking for my next steps, I really wasn't sure. I've typically not been siloed to a specific role, as it seems leadership tends to be interested in what have to contribute once I enter an organization. I see architecture and my tendancy is to see opportunities for optimization in the general health of a system, and share said observations. I love seeing any system thrive. It's my code I suppose. Anyways, my best to you and good luck in all your endeavors. [PERSON]
