Thanks for the message. I use AI almost everyday. Primarily [ORGANIZATION] Opus, some [ORGANIZATION], and [ORGANIZATION]. I’m not sophisticated enough to build workflows, etc. I run my own leadership training program and don’t have the resources or time to build a large business. I use AI as a resource mostly to be my “consultant” as I build content and come up with new ideas. I find it helpful as I work alone to create and deliver programs. My program is focused on leaders who appreciate that functional training is not enough. I work to give them a process that creates individual connection and team engagement. The people that are attracted to my program understand that people drive results, not KPI’s, dashboards, and initiatives that often get everyone excited but don’t drive sustainable results.
